Strategic Imperatives:
- Drive Enterprise Growth by owning commercial execution and building plans for growth in covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration.
- Create and Expand Markets by expanding Omada’s presence across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, and health systems.
- Lead Market Access Strategy by owning the commercial strategy to expand access through Medicare and other important channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a multi-year commercial plan and manage the tension between investment and financial sustainability.
- Lead the entire commercial organization with full P&L ownership and push the team to exceed ambitious growth targets.
- Build the commercial organization required for Omada’s next stage of scale and integrate AI throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of commercial leadership with experience scaling organizations through growth in healthcare, digital health, or health services.
- Proven success in payer and employer sales, including Medicare and large self-insured accounts.
- Deep understanding of value-based care, outcomes-based contracting, and healthcare economics.
Success Metrics:
- Revenue, enrollment, and covered lives growth tracking ahead of plan.
- World-class commercial team built and scaled through successive phases of growth.
- Quality and timeliness of strategic decision-making across all commercial domains.
