Support Intuitive's new Malaysia site by building talent pipelines and leading full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, corporate, and executive roles.
Initially remote, transitioning to hybrid as the site becomes operational.

Key Duties:

Partner with business leaders and HR to execute workforce expansion plans and hiring strategies.
Use market data and sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.

Qualifications:

8+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, including manufacturing roles in Malaysia.
Strong ATS, MS Office, and communication skills.
