Role Overview:
- Manage a varied ER portfolio with autonomy and speed.
- Handle complex cases, appeals, and tribunal preparation.
- Partner with the People team on forward-thinking projects.
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record in complex ER caseload management.
- In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation.
- CIPD qualification and stakeholder management skills.
