Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases from intake to closure.
- Coach leaders on performance, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct fact-finding and investigations, documenting findings.
- Support accommodations, leaves, and return-to-work planning.
- Identify risks and escalate as needed.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Location:
- Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 CAD plus bonus.
- On-site at Toronto Support Centre Monday-Thursday.
- Friday remote work available.
