Employee Relations Advisor - 9 Month FTC

Role Responsibilities:

• Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from start to finish, including dismissals, appeals, and tribunal prep.
• Guide leaders through organisational design, restructures, and redundancy processes.
• Virtually represent the business in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven track record in managing complex, sensitive ER caseloads in a dedicated advisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation and experience with change programs, restructures, and tribunals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
