Regional HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local employment legislation and company policies.
• Investigate employee concerns and support employee relations matters.
• Support locations with union workforce and understand CBAs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment standards and human rights legislation.
