Legal Operations Associate (CH)

About the Company:

• Our client is a fast-growing global HR and payroll platform that helps businesses hire and manage employees compliantly across 180+ regions.
• The Swiss legal entity is small and lean, with a culture emphasizing ownership, compliance, and continuous learning.

Role Mission:

• Provide hands-on legal operations support across multiple EU jurisdictions, handling day-to-day employment law queries and contract drafting.
• Act as the named Responsible Person under Swiss labour-leasing law, ensuring full compliance with local legislation and GAV requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day employment law and compliance queries from clients and internal teams across EU jurisdictions.
• Draft and review standard employment contracts, offer letters, and mutual separation agreements.
• Act as primary point of contact for SECO and cantonal authorities, maintaining required documentation.
