- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and C-Suite team across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring schedules are optimized and conflicts are resolved quickly.
- Prepare leadership for daily meetings, travel, and priority engagements.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and C-Suite team.
- Manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas as needed, and last-minute changes.
- Ensure smooth travel logistics and contingency planning for executive movement.
Office & In-Person Support:
- Be physically present when the CEO is in town to maintain office readiness, organization, and cleanliness.
- Support executive and guest visits in the DC office, coordinating logistics such as WeWork site management, office snacks, drinks, team building events, and dinner reservations.
- Manage expense reports and ad hoc administrative needs for the CEO and leadership team.
