Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Support professional to maintain data integrity, support operational efficiencies, and assist in sales-related processes. The ideal candidate will ensure data hygiene, data cleanup, and accuracy within our CRM and other sales operations systems, enabling smooth sales and business operations. Key Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM, identifying and resolving duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records, and implementing data validation processes to prevent errors and inconsistencies. The role also involves assisting in account corrections, merges, and updates in CRM systems, supporting automation initiatives, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, and documenting processes and best practices.
