What You'll Do:
- Own onboarding & offboarding end-to-end and continuously improve the experience and workflows.
- Act as internal customer support for the organization by answering employee questions, resolving issues, and making sure people feel supported and informed.
- Become an expert in the tools that power our people operations (HRIS + recruiting stack) and help optimize how we use them.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years combined experience in People Operations / HR Ops / Recruitment / HR Generalist / Talent Operations (or similar) at a software company.
- Meaningful exposure to recruiting (either as a recruiter who’s done ops, or an ops person who’s supported recruiting).
- You can confidently run the mechanics of a search when needed.
