POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Patient Coordinator plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines.
  • This position focuses on managing and growing patient relationships while directly contributing to revenue through proactive outreach, pipeline development, and ongoing engagement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an inside sales partner to Field Sales by supporting territory strategies and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption, scheduling, and continuity of care.
  • Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and ongoing engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a remote or phone-based environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
  • Background in medical, diagnostic, or biological sciences preferred
