Senior Software Licensing Specialist

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Licensing Specialist to support licensing and renewals business.
• This role partners with Sales, Consulting, and Implementation teams to manage quotes and renewals.
• The candidate must have experience in SaaS/software licensing renewals and exceptional customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end licensing and renewal lifecycle with timely execution.
• Prepare quotes, research contracts, and maintain customer renewal schedules.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience in software licensing or renewals.
• Strong Excel and Salesforce skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
