Responsibilities:
- Support strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts.
- Manage the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders.
- Create monthly customer-centric content and support day-to-day customer management processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting customer programs.
- Superior communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
