The Role:
- You will be part of the Strategic Enablement Team in the Outbound Product Management organization.
- You will work cross-functionally with product teams, customers, partners, and the field.
- You will play a critical role in managing complex customer adoption engagements.
What You'll Do:
- Provide program management practices to drive rigorous project execution.
- Manage cross-functional projects and senior-level executives.
- Drive collaboration and efficient decision-making between stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience.
- 8+ years in a customer-facing or program management role.
- Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, or ServiceNow Implementation Methodology certification.
