What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing qualified CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs using a mix of platforms.
- Reaching out to potential candidates and getting them excited about opportunities.
- Partnering with The Clinical Recruitment Manager to understand what “great” looks like.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting.
- Great communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
- Comfortable using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
