Market Research
Sourcing & Initial Engagement:
- Act as the true first point of contact and brand ambassador
- Execute extensive, daily sourcing campaigns across specialized medical job boards
- Conduct initial phone screenings and introductory calls with physicians
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain meticulous, real-time data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post, refresh, and optimize physician job requisitions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration
- 1–3 years of recruitment, sourcing, or HR support experience
- MUST HAVE PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
