Role Overview:
- 24+ month developmental role providing comprehensive knowledge of technical, clinical, and sales aspects.
- Designed to prepare for a future quota-bearing position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and hospital robotic development.
- Guide technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) or outside sales experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must live in or relocate to the Wilmington, DE area.
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of $119,000 inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity.
