Customer Success Manager - Alpha Online

About the company:

• Alpha Online develops process management software for the professional used car trade in Germany.
• Their core product AlphaController controls all workflows in car dealerships.
• Since 2024, they are part of CarOnSale, an AI-powered B2B used car trading platform.

Your responsibilities:

• You manage a fixed customer base of dealerships and are their first contact for AlphaController.
• You advise on internal process design from vehicle purchase to sale.
• You document customer cases and manage tickets in Jira.

What you bring:

• German at C2 level in speaking and writing.
• Interest in complex software products and willingness to deep-dive.
• Structured, analytical approach to managing multiple customers.
