Your Role & Contract:
- Independent Contractor, full-time graveyard shift aligning with PST.
- Direct audit authority over client-facing teams from day one.
What you'll own:
- The full client experience end to end, from handover through the life of the account.
- Design of loyalty programs, client reporting, and onboarding.
- A direct line to the CEO with no manager in between.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years in client experience or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Analytical and confident communicator who can hold a line.
