About the Role:
- You are the operational partner behind a Lead or Principal Customer Success Rep managing a 120+ staffer book.
- You own account health monitoring, reporting, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
- This is a partnership, not a support queue—you and your Rep run the book together.
What You'll Own:
- Book health monitoring: identify risks early and flag issues before churn.
- Account reporting: keep data accurate and organized across the book.
- Day-to-day execution: track follow-ups, updates, and action items.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning recurring reporting.
- Ability to manage a large volume of accounts and tasks.
- Clear, proactive communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
