Manager, Registered Plans Support

Role Overview:

• This role leads complex change initiatives within registered plans and broader business priorities.
• You will translate strategic objectives into practical change programs for clients, employees, and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Analyze scope and impact across people, processes, technology, finances, and risks.
• Develop communication plans and manage stakeholder resistance to change.

Requirements:

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• Strong skills in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and risk management abilities.
