About the Team:
- The School of Wildlife Conservation (SOWC) is a small, agile team led by an Executive Director, focused on conservation education, professional development, and research.
- Team members multitask and support each other across functions, fostering a collaborative and mutually supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate both online and in-person professional development courses, handling administration, student recruitment, payments, and certification.
- Support the Manager in developing bespoke courses, marketing plans, and systems to retain student engagement.
- Track programme data, prepare reports, and maintain digital platforms for effective course delivery.
Required Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, conservation, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in digital platforms.
- Passionate about leadership development, conservation, and supporting young people across Africa, with a results-oriented and flexible approach.
