The Role:
- Growth role driving referral volume across a portfolio of specialty pharmacy partners.
- Full ownership of account relationships and quarterly referral benchmarks.
- Autonomy to decide engagement strategies and growth tactics.
What Success Looks Like:
- Compounding growth in referral volume quarter over quarter.
- New geos activating within 30 days of launch.
- Strong relationships and hard targets, not just activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Account growth through quarterly targets and creative activation tactics.
- Relationship management with User and Detailed Buyers.
- Cross-functional initiatives to resolve barriers and drive product adoption.
