About the Role:
- Headway is scaling care partnerships across the US and hiring an Associate Principal, Partner Success to support partners and deepen relationships.
- This role owns high-impact objectives in a rapidly scaling, mission-driven company.
You will:
- Be responsible for the happiness of our care partners.
- Manage executive steering committees and serve as the face of Headway.
- Build and grow relationships with care partners' teams and leadership.
You will love this role if:
- You have 7+ years in healthcare, preferably in Customer Success or strategic customer-facing roles.
- You are a relationship builder and thrive in ambiguity.
- You are operationally excellent and motivated by the mission to improve mental healthcare access.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected base pay range is $120K - $190K, plus equity and other incentives.
