About The Role:
- Own the full BD motion for mid-market health system opportunities from prospecting through launch.
- Be the face of Headway to care management and clinical operations leaders.
- Support Associate Principals on larger enterprise deals and mentor BDRs.
You will love this role if:
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle BD or sales experience in healthcare or health tech.
- You've sold into health systems or clinics and understand care management workflows.
- You are a strong relationship builder who can earn trust with Director+ leaders.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The base pay range is $110-$160K, plus equity potential.
