Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecommunications operations, number management, or similar technical ops role.
- Strong understanding of number provisioning, porting processes, and telecom carrier workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with experience setting team goals and presenting KPI reports.
