Accountabilities:

• Manage telephone number transfer requests between carriers, ensuring accurate processing and timely completion.
• Support number purchasing activities and assist with customer inquiries related to phone number services.
• Handle Caller ID and A2P 10DLC SMS registration requests while following operational guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
