Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a current knowledge of all contract requirements and objectives.
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to healthcare providers.
- Respond to written communications and educate providers on proper protocols.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in data entry and working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong understanding of customer service policies and ability to learn CMS rules.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in a call center or customer service position.
- High School diploma or GED required; claims processing experience preferred.
- Must maintain HIPAA Certification.
