Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Direct Sales Representatives with order entry and scheduling of field sales.
- Handle customer education, billing issues, trouble calls, and account maintenance.
- Qualify new accounts and coordinate residential installations and service calls.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years customer care/customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical understanding of internet and telephony services.
