Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Work with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships; ask probing questions to identify issues.
  • Ensure accurate account maintenance and schedule delivery orders while using negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills; strong organizational skills with typing and data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access; excellent written and verbal communication.
