Impact:
- Develop and own the annual Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap aligned to revenue goals.
- Lead cross-functional project management for initiatives including product launches and onboarding redesigns.
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Sales Leadership to ensure accurate, timely enablement materials.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze seller performance, content usage, and training effectiveness to identify gaps.
- Service as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, providing insights on field needs.
- Mentor associate enablement team members, contributing to a collaborative function.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or GTM roles; fintech experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of fintech concepts such as payments, APIs, fraud controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience building scalable enablement programs, content systems, and training frameworks.
