Sales Manager - Contract Surety

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a sales team in the Northeast and other remote locations.
• Build an on-site and remote team of contract surety field producers.
• Self-generate business during your training process, as you recruit a sales team.

Requirements:

• Significant B2B field sales and management experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, sales management experience, and sales training.
• Strong leadership, proficiency with technology, and effective sales activity management.

Qualifications:

• ADP experience and a proven track record of success.
• Experience or familiarity with financial statements is also required.
• Experience in contract surety and a college degree are preferred, but not required.
