About SPHERE HEALTH:
- Evidence-based virtual care platform for women.
- Launching in August 2026, building founding team in Philippines.
The Role:
- Own day-to-day operations behind patient experience.
- Coordinate lab orders, pharmacy fulfillment, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
What You Will Do:
- Own operational workflows across the patient journey.
- Monitor dashboards, identify stuck orders, and drive resolution.
- Build SOPs and track KPIs.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years operations, 2+ in healthcare.
- DTC experience and HIPAA knowledge.
- Strong process instincts and fluency in US Eastern time.
