The Opportunity:
- Gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.
- Support a 250-person remote organization across multiple time zones.
- Work directly with the Senior IT Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support implementation of data retention policies.
- Assist in documenting data retention configurations.
- Help collect compliance evidence for SOC 2 audits.
Performance and Expectations:
- Demonstrate empathy when supporting remote users.
- Develop understanding of ITIL service management practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents.
