This position will require environmental permitting experience in Massachusetts and other New England States with particular expertise with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act Regulations (310 CMR 10.00). A strong understanding of the regulatory permit requirements, ability to attend and lead public presentations and work within a team environment is a requirement.
