New Sourcing Recruiter, Pharmacy Operations (Contract)

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain active talent pools so pipelines are ready before reqs open, especially for recurring, high-volume roles.
• Map talent by identifying target employers, competitors, health systems, pharmacy chains, and local labor markets.
• Track sourcing metrics such as response rate, sourced-to-screen conversion, and time to fill, and use them to improve results.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and an Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse.
• Strong Boolean search skills, creative sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple reqs and priorities.
