Recruiter

The Role:

• Recruiter on the HR team for high volume Pharmacy and Health Care Practitioner Contractor hiring.
• Own day-to-day recruitment execution and partner with clinical and pharmacy leadership.

Recruitment & Coordination:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Ontario and BC, sourcing licensed talent and tailoring outreach.
• Administer Ashby workflows, coordinate interviews, and ensure accurate, audit-ready candidate data.
