Senior Manager, Presales

About the Role:

• Join Camunda as a Senior Manager, Presales, leading a team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Engage with C-level, business leads, and technical stakeholders to ensure technical proof points connect to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the presales team, actively coaching on deal execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay hands-on in key deals, navigating complex enterprise conversations.
• Develop presales collateral and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales and leadership, with strong track record of influencing teams.
• Strong understanding of Camunda or similar process orchestration, BPM, or workflow solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive total target cash salary ranging from $253,900 to $409,300 USD annually, plus equity.
