Bilingual Client Success Manager

The Role:

• We're looking for a Bilingual Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of client relationships within Channel or Direct Partnerships teams.
• You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts independently and lead program launches, business reviews, and renewals.
• You will lead relationships in both French and English and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead program launches and onboarding with a client-first mindset, ensuring smooth starts.
• Build trust-based relationships as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor in both French and English.
• Conduct regular business reviews, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

What Success Looks Like:

• In 90 days, complete onboarding and take full ownership of your portfolio with no disruption.
• Over 12-18 months, own Net Revenue Retention performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as a senior bilingual resource and contribute to playbooks and process improvements.

What You Bring:

• Full bilingual fluency in French and English with confidence to lead relationships in both.
• 4-6+ years of client-facing experience managing complex accounts with a track record of retaining and growing a portfolio.
• Strong data fluency and experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
