The Role:
- You will manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France.
- Drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account plans.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from Deans to instructors.

Who You Are:
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and French with strong communication skills.
- Experienced in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
- Data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about supporting educators and institutions.
