Remote Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to clients and manage collections and overdue payments.
• Oversee account receivables and serve as Escrow Representative for payment coordination.
• Handle financial documentation and client correspondence with accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage financial documentation and client correspondence.
