Implementation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live, managing tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Configure Humanly's platform and assist with integration setup to align with customer workflows.
• Maintain project plans, track action items, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and experience in a tech environment, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with technical concepts like data mapping and integrations.
• Passion for customer success and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Success in First 90 Days:

• Ramp on Humanly's platform and methodology, shadowing active implementations in the first month.
• Support 2-3 client implementations independently by day 60, handling coordination and customer communication.
• Drive a broader portfolio with confidence, ensuring go-live success with minimal escalations by day 90.
