You design processes, document them, get others to follow, and run them without being chased.

What You'll Own:

Engagement access setup and governance end to end, from standup to offboarding.
Cross-service-line coordination so clients experience one firm rather than two.
Recruiting coordination, vendor management, and administrative communications.

What You'll Bring:

6+ years in business operations or professional services firm operations.
Demonstrated experience owning a process from design through adoption.
Strong written communication skills and comfort working remotely across time zones.
