Screening Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

• This role belongs to the Talent Screening team and ensures screening work moves seamlessly from request to execution.
• You will coordinate sourcing requests, maintain screening readiness, monitor operational performance, and support cross-service talent movement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sourcing requests from intake through launch, ensuring all required information is complete.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers, documentation, decision logs, and process guidance.
• Monitor screening readiness, capacity, and operational metrics, identifying risks and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2-4+ years of experience in operations, talent operations, project coordination, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
