Essential Duties:
- Drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives by partnering with HR Leadership.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Portfolio/Regional Field Leadership.
- Review and analyze portfolio/regional level performance metrics.
Core Competencies:
- Professional/technical HR knowledge and experience including deep knowledge of federal and multi-state/province labor/labour law.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing HR teams.
- Skilled in problem solving and decision making.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong consultative and conflict resolution skills.
