What you'll do:
- Build Glow25's business in Italy from the ground up, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
- Manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health.
- A strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape and fluent Italian and English.
- A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude and confident use of Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and CRM.
