Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of annual and quarterly key account plans aligned with revenue, margin, and sell-in objectives.
- Assist in sell-in negotiations, forecasting, launch planning, and order phasing with senior account management.
- Monitor sales performance by retailer and market, identifying risks and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in key account support or commercial roles within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Exposure to European selective retail channels such as Sephora, Douglas, or Boots.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
