Area Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve sales and profit targets for the sales area.
• Drive the evolution of go-to-market strategies and sales execution for Vegetable Seeds in the Southeast.
• Build relationships with key industry influencers and monitor business performance to adjust strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in horticulture, vegetable seeds, agronomy, or agricultural sales.
• Proven leadership experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
