The Team:
- The Customer Excellence Group works with customers to achieve business outcomes through guidance.
- Driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Helping customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Devising integration development plans and strategies while formulating architectures for systems integrations.
- Implementing the latest ServiceNow AI offerings.
- Coordinating activities with other developers to ensure that integrations and platform functionality is designed to support the overall project.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies.
- Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and understanding of AI Models.
