Responsibilities:
- Own CS Industry Insights mission for his/ her team through the delivery of Insights, Analysis, and Thought Leadership
- Lead a team of analytics (junior and senior) associates successfully; guiding, coaching, and developing team members
- Ensure the team delivers as per the relevant KPIs/ success metrics
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in the CPG industry
- Experience in leading or coaching teams
- Strong analytical mind, storytelling capability excellent numerical skills
Additional Information:
- Market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $92,000.00 – $115,000.00
- Might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus
